Battlefield 5 (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
Last Guardian, hohouu :D
My mind would be blown and I would no longer care about anything else
I would become one with the guardians brain-
mass :D
I don’t know how this game keeps making the list. But, if Sony does announce it, game over ;)
Looking forward to see some Final Fantasy 15 and hopefully some Dai Gyakuten Saiban! *^*
If this is real, its gonna be a shitty e3 lol
What?!
hes right
ps3 :( is dead.no more games
TLG likely at E3?! lol
loving the list. and majority of them are must haves
I look forward too the games we dont expect and arent announced
Yeah The Last Guardian seems very likely this year, as in announcement at E3 and release in the Fall.
For one thing I don’t think people realize this is the 20th anniversary of e3, also the 20th anniversary of Playstation releasing in the west and it’s the 10th anniversary of Team Ico’s last game release (Shadow of the Colossus).
I think TLG was always way too ambitious for PS3, like a concept to push a huge and intricate sandbox environment, believable AI and physics interaction with Trico basically causing damage to anything he bashes into in the world, that coupled together with believable enemies is quite a lot for any 7th gen console to deal with and then there’s the visuals, which just seemed beyond PS3, no doubt Team Ico and Worldwide Studios wanted this to be a visual marvel of a game, which takes time to achieve on a modern platform.
By now the game has probably had a good 3-4 years of work on PS4.
Perfect timing, amount of development time are the reasons why I think it’s going to be one of Sony’s big deals at E3 and a huge Fall game for PS4.
Finally doing Uncharted remastered trilogy. So Sony will actually have something to show for The Last Guardian? Hopefully they will also have a release date. We’ve been waiting for that game for almost 5 years now.
My top 5 Sony 2015 E3 wishlist:
5). PS1 classics finally announced cross buy/play on PS4 (they’re cross buy/play on PSP, Vita, and PS3, but NOT the newest most powerful PS4)
4). New Resistance, Wipeout, Twisted Metal, or Jet Moto/Splashdown reboot (water/wave racing genre is wide open empty for the taking!!!)
3). New God of War(4) PS4 trailer + release date + GOW4 demo announced exclusive with GOW3 Remastered
2). Last Guardian RE-reveal
1). Uncharted Trilogy HD remaster (1-3 1080p/60fps, maybe throw in Golden Abyss for good measure, OR U4 demo/beta access would be even better!!)
_____________________________________________________
My top 5 Microsoft 2015 E3 wishlist:
5). Xbox Live digital arcade games cross buy/play (X360/X1)
4). New Perfect Dark
3). Shadow Complex 2 (or prequel)
2). New Gears of War (“4”?) gameplay trailer + release date
1). Gears of War 1-J HD remaster collection on 1 disc (ala Halo:MCC). 1080p/60fps/1 disc collection is all I’m really looking for here, as opposed to individual remake(s) sold separately…
_____________________________________________________
My top 5 Nintendo 2015 E3 wishlist:
5). Mario Galaxy 3, Mario Sunshine HD, or SM3DW2
4). Starfox gameplay trailer & confirmed 2015 release date
3). New Zelda WiiU trailer (SHOW US A DUNGEON!!!!)
2). New F-Zero WiiU or F-Zero HD collection (SNES, N64, GC 3 games on 1 disc)
1). Metroid WiiU reveal trailer!!!!!!!
Sorry Tomb Raider is NOT coming to PS4, it’s timed exclusive for Xbox consoles going to PC later. Not timed for Ps4.
It wasn’t confirmed, they could make the decision at any point and given how well PS4 is selling, Square would be stupid not to. Even with less consoles sold worldwide, PS3s still sold more copies of Tomb Raider than Xbox.
PS gamers love TR more than Xbox gamers do. Money makes decisions.
PS gamers love TR more than Xbox gamers? That’s not true because sells on last-gen platform proves that. Also, Microsoft is paying for that exclusivity, so they wouldn’t mind releasing TR only on Xbox platforms and PC later.
That’s a bad generalization, a lot of people love Tomb Raider, not just PS gamers, if money makes decisions, Microsoft, owned by Bill Gates, who’s one of the richest men in the world won’t have any problems, I just think that since MS is publishing ROTR as a timed exclusive for the XB1, will publish it for the PC later on since it’s also MS owned. But as of the moment, we don’t know.
It’s not a bad one, exaggerated maybe, but the sales speak for themselves, people usually buy things they like / want, if they buy it a lot, its because they like / want it a lot. It’s just common sense.
There were more 360 owners than PS3 owners, yet TR sold twice as many on PS3, what does that tell you?
Also, I think your idea about how rich someone is kind of besides the point, just because you have lots of money doesn’t mean you should spend it recklessly. If Microsoft was as rich as you say they are and reckless as you say they are, they could have eliminated Sony ages ago by buying out all the best exclusives. They didn’t and there’s good reason for that, it’s called “return on investment”.
TR’s rights still belong to Square, so whatever happens once the contract ends is up to Square. The deal isn’t 100% exclusive unless it’s confirmed to be, Capcom have confirmed SF5 is 100% exclusive to PS4. When you remain vague, it means it COULD go over to PC, heck, it COULD also go over to PS4.
Titanfall is, Ryse 2 very well might, Mass Effect did.
TR will eventually end up on PS4 and if it does, I can guarantee it’ll outsell the One version
A bad or exaggerated one, it’s still a hasty generalization. Yes, there is a reason why there’s more Xbox 360 users over PS3 users, and possibly game sales, because people could easily download copies and burn them, and also play them online on the Xbox 360 as if it’s the original disc, unlike the PS3, so that sales number is a vague representation of how many people love Tomb Raider.
Competition is always a good thing, why eliminate it? I don’t know where you got the “reckless” idea as I don’t see that word anywhere in my previous reply, I simply stated that money is not a problem for MS in reply to your money makes decisions statement. If MS is as rich as I say they are? I think I’ll leave that researching part to you. They did pay for the exclusivity of ROTR right? Timed Exclusive with no other details revealed as to which other platforms it will be released to.
TR rights belong to Square, yes, MS will be publishing TR, yes, which other platform is also owned by MS? Windows (PC). After the exclusivity ends, given the facts above, it’s logical that it will come to the PC later on, with DX12 most prolly, not saying that it won’t come to the PS4, but like I said in my previous reply, we don’t know.
This exclusivity thing isn’t new, I wasn’t happy either when Nintendo had Resident Evil Remake back in 2002, but now we have Remake in our current consoles 13 years later, RE is one of the best iconic survival horror games, and it sold a lot in the PS platform, but Nintendo paid for the HD remake to be exclusive for their consoles, and it stayed there or a good while, Fatal Frame is also another example.
Given the current sales of the PS4, I agree that it will naturally outsell the XB1 version, the question is if it will come to the PS4, saying that is like predicting the end of the world, “nobody knows”, but hey if it does, I’ll be happy for you guys. :)
Not at all, like I said, it might have been exaggerated somewhat, but the fact remains the same. If the sales were closer together, or if TR was released on Xbox 360 later, or if there was some flaw with the 360 version that the PS3 version didn’t have, maybe you might have a point, but it was the exact same game on different systems released at the exact same time and the system with less worldwide sales sold more copies, what does that say to you?
If I wanted to sell cake and tried to sell it in America, but it didn’t sell well regardless of what I did, then I went to China and did exactly the same thing, to find that it was flying off the shelves, I’d come to the conclusion that the cake is what Chinese prefer more. I am therefore more likely to reap more rewards by tailoring my cakes to suit their desires, because money speaks for itself.
It’s not that 360 owners don’t love TR, PS owners just love it more, the backlash and anger at Square for the deal with MS being a testament to that. “We bought TR on PS3 and the definitive version on PS4 again, both more than Xbox and this is how you repay us?” was a pretty common occurrence.
As for competition, the only thing better than competition is complete monopoly. Microsoft should know, it already monopolises one and has been called out on several occasions for trying to monopolise others. Anyone who knows the history of MS knows that they don’t like competition as much as you think they do. And the “reckless” reference stems from the fact that just because you have the money to do something doesn’t mean you should, it all depends on whether spending that money is a worthwhile investment, which incorporates the rest of that paragraph including “how rich you think they are”. People seem to think that because one has money, they can afford to go throwing it away on anything and everything, that’s how the poor man thinks, that’s why he’s poor.
I’m not talking about PC, whether it goes to PC or not is neither here nor there. What we are talking here is whether is comes to PS4. Square has a deal with MS at the moment, MS does not own the TR IP, which means Square can do what it wants with the game once the contract is over and Square likes money. Who will give them more money? PS4 owners.
Regardless of flaws, and I don’t know why it matters now lol, naturally it will sell more copies on the PS3, because the game had a multiplayer option and PS3 owners don’t have a choice but to buy an original copy or be stuck playing it offline. Most probably, XB360 owners just made copies of their own, because regardless if it’s original or not, there is a way so you can play games online without any problems, it’s not because they don’t like the TR franchise, but it’s an option for them to get it for free, just like any other game on the XB360, which is most prolly the reason it sold more than the PS3.
Regarding your analogy on the cake sales up to the “We bought TR on PS3 and PS4”, and now it’s an XB1 exclusive, that’s money talking, MS thought that it’s a good investment, so they bought its exclusivity. Would you invest on something knowing it’s bound to fail? Definitely not. MS known for being one of the biggest and richest companies in the world surely had the right department and the right people to come up with such a decision.
It’s the OP that said it’s coming to PC later on, which I agreed to. Again yes, Square owns the TR IP, we all know that, but MS will be the one publishing ROTR, if they have plans of releasing it for the PS4, given the console’s enormous sales, why not give a clue about it other than saying it’s a “timed exclusive”, for now, the only thing we know is it will be published by MS, hence our conclusion that it’s clearly coming to the PC, the PS4? Maybe. Remember, MS had enough money to buy the game’s exclusivity, maybe they want it to be a direct competition for the PS4’s Uncharted 4, but then again, as I’ve said, who knows? If it comes to the PS4 then good, I love the TR franchise, that’s why I followed them and bought an XB1 over a PS4, timed or not, I want to be one of the first players to get my hands on it, that’s love lol, and any sales that go to it, I’ll be happy for the TR IP. So saying that the PS fans love TR more than Xbox fans, I won’t buy it, I don’t believe it, and apparently, MS doesn’t believe it either. :)
Again, I think the multiplayer copy thing is neither here nor there, people don’t buy TR for multiplayer lol. You might have a point if it was Battlefield we were talking about, which also happens to perform better sales wise on PS formats.
When I say PS gamers like TR more, (getting really petty here lol) I don’t mean that the love that one PS gamer has for TR is greater than the love of one Xbox gamer. I’m strictly talking about how well the game performs per platform. Better performance = more love overall.
Precisely why they are publishing it, if they wanted to, they have more than enough money to buy out the IP or keep it off PS4 forever, so even though it was a worthwhile investment to keep it away from PS fans, not quite enough to buy it out. Which means one of two things, they wanted to keep it temporarily off of PS4 because Uncharted is coming out and TR is a big hit, but would rather invest big bucks into their own original IPs, OR, they really like PS gamers and didn’t want to be mean enough to take away one of the biggest and most popular PS games, so only signed a timed agreement. I’m thinking the former :)
Because they cannot “technically” confirm it’ll come to PS4 just yet, in the same way we all knew Titanfall 2 would come to PS4, it was just a matter of time before they confirmed. The terms were different with the agreement on original TF though, so that was very unlikely to see a PS release, not to mention that TF team didn’t have that kind of manpower or money before EA bought them out.
I can’t think of a single thing preventing Square from releasing on PS4 afterwards, probably with exclusive extras for it being so late.
Wow this is getting old fast, and there’s another assumption from you lol, first you said PS fans love TR more than XB players, now people don’t buy TR for multiplayer, didn’t know you’re such a TR expert :) I didn’t buy it for that, but hey, it’s a reboot, and for the first time TR had multiplayer, why wouldn’t I want to try it out? It could be fun, it’s part of the package, and of course being a fan I want the whole package. Please stop assuming what consumers want and like, that’s why I said it’s not right to generalize. Better performance? We’ve already discussed that, the sales and everything, it’s not a good basis because clearly the XB360 players had more advantage when it comes to how they can acquire the game, they could get the whole deal for free. So naturally even if there are lesser PS3s, the sales will go up since they’d have to buy the game to get the whole experience.
And again, like I said, at this point we “don’t know” if it’s coming to the PS4 or not, if it does yay lol, because given the current facts, it’s more likely to come to the PC later on since the MS name is already present. It wouldn’t make sense that MS will publish it for the XB1 and not publish it for the PC, those two are both their products. Why MS won’t buy Square or the TR franchise, I don’t know, I don’t assume things for the sake of argument, it’s their business, but for now they want to publish ROTR, maybe because they want it to compete against Uncharted, which sadly moved to 2016.
Titanfall 2 was already confirmed early for the PS4 and other platforms, not like this one, which up this point a lot of things are uncertain, that even PC players which are under MS’ umbrella are still quite uncertain. So again, we don’t know, these are businesses and it’s all about money, again if it comes to the PS4, then good, everyone will be happy just like the previous TR Reboot, but without a clear confirmation from them, nobody knows.
Yep not confirmed yet, but most prolly only PC later on. Maybe MS wants TR to compete with Uncharted, but then again, who knows.
Who cares we got Uncharted 4 anyway we don’t need new Lara I’ll stick with pointy tit Lara
MASS EFFECT 4!!! YES!!! THANK GOD!!! OMG, I CAN’T WAIT!!!

if this is really what they are showing in E3 this year.. this is fucking gonna suck and I officially give up on Square Enix….
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be the biggest and best game of this year’s E3. It will DEFINITELY be the game of the year, NO DOUBT.
Resident Evil What is this?
is the RE ZERO HD Remaster?
And Beyond: Two Souls is a Remaster also ?
Hitman… is a new game?
Guys, what are you thinking these remasters all?
They are good or serve only for the profit of the company?
Still no Silent Hill. :(
Will Dark Cloud 3 be announced.
red dead redemption 2?
Uncharted 4 is going to be the best game this E3
