Sony’s next gen console specifications, controller details and account system have reportedly been leaked from a 90-page PDF Sony document with development kits.
According to the documents, PS4 will support Sixaxis and DualShock 3 controllers, but there’s a new controller in development for next gen console.
The new controller features four face buttons, two analogue sticks and shoulder triggers, as well as vibration and improved motion-sensing, it also features a touch pad on the back of the controller similar to Vita’s rear touch screen. There is also a ‘Share’ button, the purpose of which is unclear at this time.
The next gen console (PS4) specs*:
- 8GB system memory
- 2.2 GB video memory
- 4x Dual-Core AMD64 “Bulldozer” (8x cores) CPU
- AMD R10xx GPU
- 4x USB 3.0 and 2x Ethernet ports
- Blu-Ray drive
- 160GB HDD
- HDMI & Optical, 2.0, 5.1 & 7.1 channels Audio Output
*Specs may change for the retail release.
PS4 will support “multi-user simultaneous logins”, allowing more than one user to log into accounts simultaneously on a single console.

Trophies for 2 player split screen. Both players could get them.
After owning a 360 (before switching to Playstation) I can say it is a handy feature. Not having it was my only complaint about PSN.
Why would you NEED 2 ethernet ports?
maybe as a Pass-Through Port
Dev Units generally have two Ethernet Ports. Retail Units will, most likely, have only one.
one for headset nd one for charging cord -_-.
2 ETHERNET ports, not USB ports. Use your head.

Its good, but nothing a PC can't destroy. It isn't really that great actually..
PC games have to be coded for any random hardware you might use so just as with games like Uncharted 3 and Killzone 2 when triple A titles for the PS4 release they will annihilate everything on PC at the time because Devs know EXACTLY what hardware they are working with and can make games that take advantage of specific architecture, this along with the far higher profit margins (and thus budgets) for console games on average are some of the reasons why why the best games of all time are all console games ;)

Actually James is right, you are just thinking out ouf your ass, if you check de specs for the PS3, you can see that it only has 256 MB of RAM for the system and 256 MB of video, I dare you to run Uncharted 3, or Farcry 3, or anything other than Tetris on a PC with those specs. For a PC to match the power of a PS4 it's gonna need a gazillion GB of EVERYTHING.
To James, Keiek and Gabriel. You need to keep in mind one thing: Even thpough the PS3 has 256MB of RAM, it functions under the RISC Architecture, which is much more efficient than the CISC architecture most PCs use. Also, the OS of the system doesn't use as much resources as a Windows does
What they're not telling you is that it will not play used games and you have to be on-line to play. So if your system breaks then all your games are no good and you can't trade anymore. Yes Xbox looking to do the same.
There is a reason why you have a psn account, It allows you to get back your games.
Would be tricky to buy a pc with those specs for the Price it may come out at or drop to though ?

I'll believe it when a gaming magazine shows this or when the Wikipedia lists the Specifications or when Sony actually list them, I never believe this "Leaked" shit.
