Alex Hutchinson, the creative director for Assassin’s Creed III told OXM that fans most requested settings for the series are the worst.

“People on the internet suggest the most boring settings, The three most wanted are WWII, feudal Japan and Egypt. They’re kind of the three worst settings for an AC game.”

Hutchinson isn’t completely closed off to settings outside of the American Revolution though. He did give praise to one country:

Assassin’s Creed III writer Corey May really wants to do India, and Hutchinson agrees, saying “I would too. I’d really love to do the Raj.”

Previously, Ubisoft said “Desmond will play a big part in ACIII”

Assassin’s Creed III will release on October 30 for PC, PS3, Xbox360 and Wii U.
