EA accidentally confirmed Battlefield 4, a listing on Origin for Digital Deluxe edition of Medal of Honor: Warfighter states those who pre-order will gain access to the Battlefield 4 beta.
So it might be a typo, or a biggest mistake – The next installment in popular Battlefield franchise, Battlefield 4 has not even been announced yet, but EA has previously said it’s working on a new entry in the series.
The publishers has of course pulled it down and replaced it with a banner for Battlefield 3 Premium.
The official Battlefield Twitter account tweeted on the matter: “Battlefield 4? If it isn’t on Battlefield.com, it isn’t official!”.
Medal of Honor: Warfighter is expected to hit store shelves in October 23rd for PC, PS3, Xbox 360 and potentially, the Wii U.
