Epic released the first tech demo video of Unreal Engine 4, which shows a various aspects of the Engine and a short sequence called “Elemental.”

Epic Games are claiming that the latest Unreal Engine will be the “foundation for the next decade of gaming”, with its primary focus being on streamlining the development process.

Unreal Engine 4 will provide the bedrock technology for a number of games on next generation consoles, though Epic will not likely announce support for the next Xbox and PlayStation 4 until Microsoft and Sony unveil their respective systems.
