Naughty Dog’s action-adventure survival horror, The Last of Us released worldwide on June 14, 2013, but the team didn’t reveal much information about the DLC’s for the game.

Creative Director, Neil Druckmann did a Reddit AMA in July and fans asked him about the first DLC and he said, “News is on the way about the first DLC drop. Should hear about it this month.” We were hoping for an announcement at PAX in August, but that didn’t happen.

Instead, Naughty Dog’s Pax Panel showed off Alternate Endings, Storyline & More, they didn’t talk about the DLC. Now, game director Bruce Straley took to twitter to announce an exciting news (read the tweet below).

During the Reddit AMA Druckmann hinted at a possible sequel when he was asked, if there will be more story content from the universe that Ellie and Joel live in centering around the two characters, he replied “It’s possible. We’re playing with some ideas, but no direction has been set yet for the next game.”

Excited to hear about the DLC? or busying playing Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto V?
