After Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios’ deal to bring in Spider-Man for Captain America: Civil War failed last year, recent reports suggests that a new deal between studios will bring in Spidey for Marvel’s upcoming, Avengers Infinity War.

According to Latino Review report, The deal between Marvel and Sony went through and Spider-Man will be played by a new actor and he is set to make his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War – Part I.

Rumor: Spider-Man Could Appear In Avengers Infinity War 1

“I don’t have the exact details nor a paper trail, but I’m told we’ll see an MCU Spider-Man in Infinity Wars Part 1, as that was the next logical place to insert him after they missed the window to logically include him in Civil War,” the report claims.

The report also goes on to suggest that the Avengers lineup will change in the two-part sequel, Avengers: Infinity War. This is all just a rumor for now, if this is true, we will get an official announcement.
