Square Enix & Crystal Dynamics has officially announced third and final game in the rebooted series, Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
The game promises to deliver Lara Croft’s defining moment and it will be revealed on April 27, 2018, for now check out the first live action teaser for the game after the jump:
The Tomb Raider franchise has sold over 63 million copies worldwide. The original game was one of the most successful video game film adaptations in history, with the 2013 reboot inspiring a new blockbuster film that embodies the game’s signature survival action style.
The sequel to the 2013 video game Tomb Raider, a reboot of the franchise of the same name, Rise of the Tomb Raider has received over 100 “Best of” nominations and awards, and is one of the highest rated games. As of November 2017, the game has sold nearly 7 million units.
The climatic finale of Lara Croft’s origin story, Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be available simultaneously in six months for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 14, 2018.
