Deep Silver released the second video in the series of “Hail to the Chief” for Saints Row IV.
The video titled ‘Animal Protection Act’ features the ‘Stomp Power combined with the Shrink Element to scare your citizens into voting for your legislation.’

Saints Row IV will launch on PC and current-gen consoles on August 20, 2013 in North America and August 23, 2013, rest of the world.
