Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema debuted action adventure monster film, Rampage trailer.
In the trailer, Dwayne Johnson is close with the animals more than humans and he shares a close bond with a remarkably intelligent silverback gorilla George, until he is transformed into a gigantic Ape, watch it after the break:

The film also stars Naomie Harris, Malin Åkerman, Joe Manganiello, Jake Lacy, Marley Shelton, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
Synopsis:
“Primatologist Davis Okoye (Johnson), a man who keeps people at a distance, shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent, silverback gorilla who has been in his care since birth.
But a rogue genetic experiment gone awry mutates this gentle ape into a raging creature of enormous size. To make matters worse, it’s soon discovered there are other similarly altered animals.
As these newly created alpha predators tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Okoye teams with a discredited genetic engineer to secure an antidote, fighting his way through an ever-changing battlefield, not only to halt a global catastrophe but to save the fearsome creature that was once his friend.”
The film is loosely based on the video game series of the same name by Midway Games.
Directed by Brad Peyton, with a screenplay by Ryan Engle, Carlton Cuse, Ryan J. Condal and Adam Sztykiel, from a story by Engle.
Rampage opens in theaters on April 20, 2018 in 3D and IMAX.
