Following the official announcement last week, Sony Interactive Entertainment’s cloud gaming service has finally arrived on PC.

The platform allows users to pay for access to a selection of original PlayStation 3 titles on either a per-game basis or via a subscription, with plans to offer PlayStation 4 titles in the future, and perhaps also PlayStation, PlayStation 2, and PlayStation Portable titles.
6 New Greatest Hits added on PS Now
“Every month, new games are added to PS Now so you always have something new and exciting to play. With the addition of this month’s six new games, PS Now will provide access to more than 50 Greatest Hits, including Mafia II, Tomb Raider, and dozens more. Here’s a bit of info about each of this month’s featured titles:
- Mafia II — If you’re like us, you’re counting down the days until Mafia III hits PS4 on October 7. In the meantime, explore Vito Scaletta’s story with epic gunfights, visceral hand-to-hand combat, and thrilling vehicular exploration in Mafia II.
- Tomb Raider Game of the Year Edition — If you haven’t already, it’s time to mark October 11 on your calendar because Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebrationis making its much anticipated debut on PS4. In the meantime, you can play Tomb Raider Game of the Year Edition, the critically acclaimed action-adventure that explores the intense and gritty origin story of Lara Croft.
- Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch — Experience the heart-warming tale of a young boy named Oliver, who embarks on a journey into a parallel world in an attempt to save his mother. Along the way, Oliver makes new friends and adopts many of the wonderful creatures that inhabit the world. Developed by Level-5 with animation by the legendary Studio Ghibli, Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch combines beautiful animated visuals, masterful storytelling, and a sweeping score.
- Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution — Become ruler of the world in your quest for global domination against history’s most intrepid leaders. Experience the vast re-playability and unmatched addictive gameplay that has become synonymous with the works of Sid Meier.
- Heavy Rain (with The Taxidermist DLC) — How far will you go to save someone you love? Experience a gripping psychological crime thriller filled with innumerable twists and turns, where even the smallest actions and choices can cause dramatic consequences.
- Borderlands: Ultimate Edition — Lock, load, and face maximum mayhem. Get the award-winning full game of Borderlands and all four explosive add-ons. Solve the mystery of the Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, challenge the baddest enemies in Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot, discover and liberate the spoils of the Secret Armory of General Knoxx, and fight against the brainwashed hordes in Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution.
The Halloween-themed games that will be included in the second annual Shocktober celebration on PS Now is Castlevania.
Castlevania: Harmony of Despair — Dracula returns in Castlevania: Harmony of Despair. Featuring the classic fast paced 2D, side scrolling action the series is known for, fan favorite vampire hunters from across the series will join forces to return Dracula, the Lord of Darkness, to his eternal slumber.
