Electronic Arts debuted the first behind-the-scenes footage of Need For Speed, an upcoming 2014 action film directed by Scott Waugh and written by John Gatins and George Nolfi.
It is an adaption of the popular series of video games by EA. Starring Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul in the lead role.
Aaron Paul took the stage during “The Download: EA 2013 Preview” at E3 to unveil the footage, alongside the custom Ford Mustang he drives in the film.
The film co-stars Imogen Poots, Dominic Cooper, Ramon Rodriguez, Rami Malek, Harrison Gilbertson, Scott ‘Kid Cudi’ Mescudi, Michael Keaton and Dakota Johnson.
Synopsis:
“Fresh from prison, a street racer who was framed by a wealthy business associate joins a cross country race with revenge in mind. His ex-partner, learning of the plan, places a massive bounty on his head as the race begins.”
Need for Speed is scheduled for release on March 14, 2014.
