Thanks to Metro’s web designer Thiago Silva’s accurate translation, Ubisoft Brazil managing director Bertrand Chaverot claims have been exaggerated.
He never talked about next Assassin’s Creed’s location being Brazil, his interview was about an apology for the Brazil mission in Assassin’s Creed III.
At the end of the interview he did although made a reference wanting to research Brazil more fully in the future.
The story says “The director of Ubisoft Brazil also reached to comment that the company has already mapped some data to develop a web-based history of the country, but nothing has been decided yet. It remains to hope that those mistakes can not be repeated in this new saga.”
According to Ubisoft Brazil managing director Bertrand Chaverot, the next installment in the Assassin’s Creed series may be heading To Brazil.
In an interview with Techtudo (Portugese tech website), Chaverot made the above statement.
The news comes from GameSpot, who translated Techtudo‘s (Portugese tech website) interview, it’s highly unlikely this news will be verified any time soon, we might learn more about the game some time next year.
