When Naughty Dog announced Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for PS4 without including PlayStation Vita’s action-adventure, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, fans were surprised.

And a few weeks before the launch of Nathan Drake Collection, Naughty Dog Community Strategist, Arne Meye revealed that the game was considered, but couldn’t include the game in collection.

Now in a recent interview with Finder, Meye reveals that Uncharted: Golden Abyss isn’t ruled out for PS4.

He was asked if Golden Abyss remake will make it to PS4, he replied: “I think that’s not completely out of the question.

I mean it’s not entirely up to us, obviously. I think I was asked this at Eurogamer Expo and Shuhei Yoshida was sitting in the front row and I pitched it off on him and I was like, ‘you have to go talk to Shu about this,’ which is what the case is.

But it’s definitely not out of the question. I mean anything is possible. I know there hasn’t been talk about that recently, but there’s no reason why it can’t happen either.”

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection features Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception remastered for PS4 in 1080p/60fps.
