Following rumors, Marvel Studios & Mark Ruffalo are nearing a deal to bring in The Hulk for Thor: Ragnarok.
When the deal is locked in, Mark Ruffalo’s the Incredible Hulk will start opposite Chris Hemsworth’s Thor in Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok.
According to previous reports, the film will center on a new distant planet, in addition to Asgard and Earth. The planet’s name is unclear, but according to rumors it might lead up to Planet Hulk, despite Marvel denying it, this might lead to Planet Hulk movie.
We will find out soon, how The Hulk will fit in the storyline. But it isn’t the first time Hulk & Thor have appeared together, they were part of a animated feature, Hulk Vs. Thor (2009).
In the feature, Thor’s evil stepbrother Loki calls forth the only person to ever have defeated Thor, The Hulk and sets him lose among the gods.
And Hulk Vs. Thor leads up to animated feature, Planet Hulk (2010), the Hulk is sent to a distant world where he is forced to fight in gladiator-like battles.

Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston & Jaimie Alexander are set to reprise their roles as Thor, Loki & Lady Sif.
Craig Kyle and Christopher Yost will write the screenplay for a third film, with Kevin Feige again producing. Taika Waititi is in negotiations to direct the film.
Thor: Ragnarok Filming is expected to begin in June 2016 for a November 3, 2017 release.
