Well, this is interesting. A purportedly image claims to be official artwork for Assassin’s Creed III. If that’s true, it adds weight to its rumoured American Revolution setting.
The promotional image for Assassin’s Creed III shows a historical version of the US flag and military jacket with earlier rumours of an American Revolution setting and the new protagonist may in fact be a Native American.
Kotaku claims to have received the photo from a Best Buy employee, which shows Assassin’s Creed III’s lead character. Take a look at the Art below
Assassin’s Creed III will launch this October for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, with a release on the Wii U also possible – but expect full confirmation in the coming days.
