Broad Green Pictures debuted the trailer for Last Days in the Desert, an American drama film about the temptation of Christ.
Directed and written by Rodrigo García. Starring Ewan McGregor.
The cast also includes Tye Sheridan, Ciarán Hinds and Ayelet Zurer.
The film premiered at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival on January 25, 2015.
Storyline:
“Ewan McGregor is Jesus – and the Devil – in an imagined chapter from his forty days of fasting and praying in the desert.
On his way out of the wilderness, Jesus struggles with the Devil over the fate of a family in crisis, setting for himself a dramatic test.”
Last Days in the Desert gets a limited theatrical release on May 13, 2016.
