DreamWorks Animation & 20th Century Fox revealed the first trailer for Kung Fu Panda 3, an upcoming 3D American-Chinese computer-animated action comedy martial arts film directed by Jennifer Yuh Nelson, with Alessandro Carloni serving as co-director.
Written by Jonathan Aibel and Glenn Berger, produced by Melissa Cobb, and executive produced by Guillermo del Toro.
Sequel to the 2011 film Kung Fu Panda 2 and third installment in the Kung Fu Panda franchise.
It features the voices of Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Dustin Hoffman, Lucy Liu, Seth Rogen, Jackie Chan, David Cross, James Hong, Randall Duk Kim, Rebel Wilson, Bryan Cranston and J. K. Simmons.
“When Po’s long-lost panda father suddenly reappears, the reunited duo travels to a secret panda paradise to meet scores of hilarious new panda characters.
But when the supernatural villain Kai begins to sweep across China defeating all the kung fu masters, Po must do the impossible—learn to train a village full of his fun-loving, clumsy brethren to become the ultimate band of Kung Fu Pandas!”
Kung Fu Panda 3 is scheduled to be released on January 29, 2016.
