After being scrapped from Captain America: Civil War‘s script – American actor, director, and producer, Mark Ruffalo’s The Hulk will reportedly make an appearance in Thor: Ragnarok.
A new report from JoBlo citing inside source from New York Comic Con suggests that Thor will team-up with The Hulk in Marvel’s upcoming, Thor: Ragnarok.
It is still unclear how much screen time The Hulk will have in the movie, but he will featured prominently as a supporting cast.
According to reports the film will center on a new distant planet, in addition to Asgard and Earth. The planet’s name is unclear, but according to rumors it might lead up to Planet Hulk, despite Marvel denying it, this might lead to The Hulk solo movie.
Additionaly, It’s likely a coincidence, but Marvel’s official Twitter account just tweeted this today, hinting at Hulk’s appearance maybe?

This makes no sense whatsoever! Ragnorok is an Asgard local event, and what would the Hulk be doing on Asgard?
Booooo. Wait and find out. Sounds epic!!! Glad the Avengers are now appearing in each others solo movies. Phase 2 was all about the “can’t the rest of the Avengers help!??”. MCU is evolving and stepping away from the movies being strictly solos vs random villain of the week. Makes Sense, seen as Iron man and everyone else but Hulk and Thor are in Cap 3.
