Update: Quantic Dream’s official twitter has confirmed that both the titles will also be available in North America as well and Beyond:Two Souls PS4 will be playable at E3 2015 show floor, more details soon.

“We’re really excited to finally reveal that two classic Quantic Dream games are coming to PlayStation 4 only for Europe and the PAL region – we’re bringing both Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls to a PS4 near you soon.

Both titles will be available as individual digital releases, with a two-game bundle also available both digitally and physically,” said Brien on PSblog.

Heavy Rain, Quantic Dream’s first interactive drama action-adventure for PlayStation 3, launched in February 2010.

“The game is a film noir thriller, featuring four diverse protagonists involved with the mystery of the Origami Killer, a serial killer who uses extended periods of rainfall to drown his victims.

The player interacts with the game by performing actions highlighted on screen related to motions on the controller, and in some cases, performing a series of quick time events during fast-paced action sequences.

The player’s decisions and actions during the game will affect the narrative. The main characters can be killed, and certain actions may lead to different scenes and endings.”

Beyond: Two Souls, Quantic Dream’s second interactive drama action-adventure title for PS3, launched in October 2013.

“The game features Jodie Holmes, one of two player characters. The other is a incorporeal entity named Aiden: a separate soul linked to Jodie since birth.

Jodie, who is portrayed by actress Ellen Page, possesses supernatural powers through her psychic link to Aiden, growing from adolescence to adulthood while learning to control Aiden and the powers they share.

Willem Dafoe co-stars as Nathan Dawkins, a researcher in the Department of Paranormal Activity and Jodie’s surrogate-father-figure.”

Information on the games is sparse, no release date, trailer or screens were shared. Stay tuned for more information.
