Marvel’s upcoming American superhero film, Captain America: Civil War‘s principal photography is scheduled to begin in April 2015 and Anthony Mackie stopped by radio station B96 Chicago (AKA WBBM-FM) with Kevin Costner to promote their upcoming film, Black or White & reveals the additional filming locations for Captain America: Civil War.

During his video interview with B96 Chicago, Anthony Mackie who plays Sam Wilson / Falcon in Captain America: Civil War was asked about his return in Civil War, he replied “We start shooting in April, So, it’s gonna be a lot of flying and fighting for about five months… and I’m not mad at all.”

Costner asked about specific shooting locations for the film, Mackie said, “Puerto Rico, Berlin, and Atlanta.”

Captain America: Civil War is intended to be the sequel to Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) and Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and the thirteenth installment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, with a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, which uses concepts from the “Civil War” storyline by Mark Millar.

The film stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey, Jr., Chadwick Boseman, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie and Frank Grillo.

Storyline:
“Following the events of the Age of Ultron, the collective governments of the world pass an act designed to regulate all superhuman activity.

This polarizes opinion amongst the Avengers, causing two factions to side with Iron Man or Captain America, which causes an epic battle between former allies.”

Captain America: Civil War is scheduled to be released on May 6, 2016.
