EA’s FIFA 12 spent six weeks on the top spot in 2011-2012, once again FIFA’s franchise reboot, FIFA Street entered the UK all formats chart at No.1, selling more copies in its debut week than any past entry in the franchise.

Pushing down last week’s record-breaking release of Mass Effect 3, the reboot of FIFA Street claims top spot and grants EA their third new release to go straight in at number one, securing the top four spots with some of their biggest titles.

Mass Effect 3 slips to No.2 with a 74 per cent drop in sales, followed by SSX and FIFA 12. Mario Party 9 holds at No.5.
