Universal Pictures debuted the trailer for Everest, an upcoming American 3D epic historical biography action adventure climate-disaster thriller film directed and edited by Baltasar Kormákur, written by Justin Isbell, William Nicholson, Mark Medoff and Simon Beaufoy.
It stars Jason Clarke, Josh Brolin, John Hawkes, Jake Gyllenhaal, Sam Worthington, Robin Wright, Emily Watson, Keira Knightley, Martin Henderson, Michael Kelly, Thomas M. Wright.
Synospsis:
“Inspired by the incredible events surrounding an attempt to reach the summit of the world’s highest mountain, EVEREST documents the awe-inspiring journey of two different expeditions challenged beyond their limits by one of the fiercest snowstorms ever encountered by mankind.
Their mettle tested by the harshest elements found on the planet, the climbers will face nearly impossible obstacles as a lifelong obsession becomes a breathtaking struggle for survival.”
Everest is scheduled to release in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D on September 18, 2015.
