Comcept & Armature Studio unveiled the first gameplay trailer for their upcoming platform action-adventure game, ReCore at Microsoft’s Xbox E3 2016 press conference.

From the legendary creator Keiji Inafune and Armature Studio, the team behind the “Metroid Prime” series, comes “ReCore,” an action-adventure masterfully crafted for the modern generation.

“Both studios (Comcept & Armature Studio) were inspired to create ReCore from their respective experiences on the Mega Man and Metroid Prime franchises, and craft a new adventure for the modern generation.

We were honored by the reception to ReCore’s debut at E3 last year, and have been working on making it a great experience that will live up to your expectations,” said Senior Creative Director of Microsoft Studios, Joesph Staten.

“When I play as Joule Adams, ReCore’s heroine, I feel a terrific sense of speed, agility, and daring – the key ingredients of a great action-platformer.

We want players to have this same experience, and to feel a strong bond with Joule’s Corebot companions: Mack, Seth, and Duncan. Check out the trailer above to see how fun it is to combine all of the characters’ abilities to overcome powerful foes and exploration challenges on the mysterious world of Far Eden.”
