The retailer previously outed Mass Effect 3‘s multiplayer component, as well as Jak & Daxter‘s HD collection a month ahead of its official announcement.
The listing has now been altered, instead it says the game is the “latest release in the Dead Space franchise,” is being published by 2K Games rather than EA, and is estimated to release in 2011.
Dead Space 3 was first revealed last September on Israeli TV featuring what appeared to be the game’s logo clearly visible during a studio tour.
Shortly after that, a batch of Dead Space 3 rumours revealed details of the plot. It said Dead Space 3 will be set on the ice world Tau Volantis, stars Isaac Clarke for the last time alongside Dead Space 2’s Ellie and features new breeds of Necromorph foe.
Dead Space 3 is said to be in development at Visceral Games, and will reportedly make use of DICE’s Frostbite 2 Engine.
What do you think, are we going to be seeing Dead Space 3 anytime soon?
Dead Space 3 is rumored to be in development, possibly for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
