The next installment in first-person shooter video game franchise, Call of Duty is currently in development at Infinity Ward and it is set to be revealed at E3 2016.
“In June, we’re going to be at E3 showcasing gameplay from Infinity Ward’s ambitious new game. We’re looking forward to sharing exciting new details about the next great Call of Duty game in partnership with our friends at PlayStation.
We’re proud to be participating in this premier video game event, but won’t have an Activision booth on the show floor,” the publisher said in a blog post.
Looks like Activision’s major titles will be at Sony’s PlayStation booth.
Infinity Ward has so far developed, Call of Duty (2003), Call of Duty 2 (2005), Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (2007), Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009), Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2011), and Call of Duty: Ghosts (2013).
The next game is rumored to be a follow up to Call of Duty: Ghosts, what do you think?
