Irrational Games creative director Ken Levine took the stage during 2012 VGAs to reveal the new BioShock Infinite trailer.

The developer delayed the release date of BioShock Infinite once again until March 26, 2013. Ken Levine announced the news during a US press event this week.
He said that concerns over polishing came, “When Rod Fergusson (Epic’s former Production Director) came on board we looked at the game. He was there for about a month and he said, ‘look, I’ve been looking at the schedule and looking at the game and frankly you could really benefit from another three or four more weeks for polish and bug fixing.’
“I thought ahead to this conversation and went ‘Oh God!’, but at the end of the day, we’ve got to ship a great game. So if it’s three or four more weeks, then it’s three or four more weeks. So it’s March 26th, now.”
BioShock Infinite was originally slated for February 26, 2013 for PC, Ps3, and Xbox 360. Now the worldwide release date is March 26th, 2013.
