Paramount Pictures debuted the trailer for Allied, an upcoming American romantic thriller film.
Starring Brad Pitt as Max Vatan, a spy assassin and Marion Cotillard as Marianne Beausejour, a French spy.
It is reportedly based on a true story about two assassins who fall in love during a mission to kill a German official.
The cast also includes Lizzy Caplan, Matthew Goode and Jared Harris.
Directed by Robert Zemeckis and written by Steven Knight.
Storyline:
“The story of intelligence officer Max Vatan (Brad Pitt), who in 1942 North Africa encounters French Resistance fighter Marianne Beausejour (Marion Cotillard) on a deadly mission behind enemy lines.
Reunited in London, their relationship is threatened by the extreme pressures of the war.”
Allied opens in theaters on November 23, 2016.
