Ubisoft will be releasing new single player DLC for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations featuring modern day protagonist Desmond.
According to GAME and South African retailer AWX, briefly listed an ‘Ottoman Edition’ for Revelations before removing it from the website. The special edition’s will launch on March 16th and will cost £39.99, the Ottoman Edition is listed for release on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
The single player DLC features even more Desmond-focused first person block puzzles and platforming sequences, that’s according to a number of new achievements for the add-on were spotted by X360A.
The achievements list suggests that, instead of a third-person action side-story (such as last year’s “The Da Vinci Disappearance“), the upcoming DLC appears to primarily take place in new first person Animus Island memory sequences.

The impending Memory Sequence DLC package hasn’t been officially announced – so no release date (or official name) can be confirmed at this point.
So far Ubisoft has released only multiplayer DLC’s for the game. Perhaps the solo content will lead into the events of Assassin’s Creed III, which is due out this October?
