20th Century Fox revealed the first banner for Assassin’s Creed Movie, which is based on Ubisoft’s popular video game franchise.

Additionally, 20th Century Fox & Ubisoft kicked off the viral marketing for the film.

The official Assassin’s Creed Movie twitter account tweeted a image of Abstergo CEO Alan Rikkin’s business card with a phone number, email and the website.

When you call the number or email Alan Rikkin, you’ll get two similar messages:

Voicemail
“You’ve reached the voicemail of Alan Rikkin. I’ll be out of office on business until March 25 with extremely limited availability.

So do you know why March 25th? It is the day Warner Bros. Pictures’ highly-anticipated American superhero film, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theaters and this is the day we will get the first trailer for Assassin’s Creed Movie.

The movie is a collaborative effort between studio New Regency and Ubisoft Motion Pictures. It stars Michael Fassbender in the lead role, who is co-producing with Conor McCaughan.

Directed by Justin Kurzel, screenplay by Bill Collage, Adam Cooper, Scott Frank, and Michael Lesslie.

The cast also includes Marion Cotillard, Michael K. Williams, Ariane Labed, Jeremy Irons, and Brendan Gleeson.

Synopsis:
“Through a revolutionary technology that unlocks his genetic memories, Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender) experiences the adventures of his ancestor, Aguilar, in 15th Century Spain.

Callum discovers he is descended from a mysterious secret society, the Assassins, and amasses incredible knowledge and skills to take on the oppressive and powerful Templar organization in the present day.”

Assassin’s Creed Movie is slated to hit theaters worldwide on December 21, 2016.
