StudioCanal debuted the trailer for A Bigger Splash, an upcoming Italian-French erotic black comedy thriller film directed by Luca Guadagnino.
Written by Alain Page and David Kajganic, loosely inspired on La Piscine.
It stars Tilda Swinton, Matthias Schoenaerts, Ralph Fiennes and Dakota Johnson.
Synopsis:
“Rock legend Marianne Lane is recuperating on the volcanic island of Pantelleria with her partner Paul when iconoclast record producer and old flame Harry unexpectedly arrives with his daughter Penelope and interrupts their holiday, bringing with him an A-bomb blast of nostalgia from which there can be no rescue.”

The film was fully financed by Studiocanal who will distribute the film in its territories, France, UK, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and is handling international sales.
A Bigger Splash opens in US theaters on May 13, 2016 by Fox Searchlight Pictures.
