PS4 features two teraflops of performance, based on PC architecture, 8GB of system memory.

It supports suspend and resume game sessions, giving you the freedom to continue your game at the exact spot you left off. A secondary custom chip makes it possible to download and upload in the background, with games playable even whilst still downloading.

Gaikai on PS4 will have the ability to instantly stream demos, stream live game videos with a press of the share button. Friends will be able to comment directly on our screens, and even take control of the game.

PS4 allows you to transfer the games you are playing via Remote Play over to PS Vita instantly. Backwards compatibility via Gaikai will offer PS1, PS2 and PS3 games on any device.

PS4 launch titles shown at the presentation are Killzone Shadow Fall from Guerrilla Games, Drive Club from Evolution, inFamous Second Son from Sucker Punch, and Jonathan Blow’s new ip ‘The Witness’.
